Happy May and welcome to another edition of our Monthly Recap—not to be confused with our Weekly Recap (which we publish every Friday).  

This post will highlight the top 15 most-voted ideas for the previous month. While some are ‘new ideas’ and others may already be ‘in development’ (learn more about The Idea Journey here), we encourage you to continue voting and sharing your feedback—the more details, the better. Our teams are regularly looking at ideas and threads here as they plan and prioritize future roadmaps.

Give us the option to use the redesigned 3 dot menu and tab viewer or the old configuration. 

Mobile tab grouping (now 'In development' - learn more here)

Open in split tab (now 'Delivered' in Firefox 150)

Take the opportunity of the Nova redesign 🚀 to introduce a "corner rounding" feature! 

Synced WORK SPACES (or Synced Tab Groups) 

Allow customization of Android three dot menu shortcuts 

Bring back PWA (progressive web apps) 

JMAP Support (or similar) for Thunderbird 

Calendar support on Thunderbird mobile 

Put the AI stuff into an optional add-on 

VPN~ Enable for specific tabs only. 

Multi-Account Containers for Android 

Firefox ad-blocking in iOS Firefox 

Shortcuts for Split View 

Add Startpage private search as option (currently running an experiment - learn more here)
