I have a file that won't delete.

I have a file under my Inbox that won't delete. It started when I  "moved" the file to a different location. It left a copy in it's original spot. I deleted the contents and deleted it's title but the file itself won't delete, can't be moved. It just sits there. I shut down and reopened....same. Help......I'm OCD and it's driving me crazy sitting there taking up space.

No active customer service to call. They require us to "use the Community" to get our questions answered......crickets I do hear......the power is strong in this one.......
