Hi Firefox community,
I am trying to configure Firefox extensions on Jumpcloud MDM for Windows and macOS, but I am having some trouble. I have followed the instructions in the Jumpcloud documentation, but I am still getting an error message.
The error message I am getting is:
Failed to install extension.
I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:
I have confirmed that the extension is compatible with Firefox and Windows/macOS.
I have confirmed that the extension is in the approved list of extensions in the Jumpcloud MDM console.
I would appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue.
