Issue: After searching for any content and clicking on a webpage, the page does not load, and the following situation occurs:
As shown in the picture, the browser keeps spinning but does not load any page successfully. After the spinning ends without loading anything, if I switch to another tab and then back to the problematic tab, the result is as shown in the picture. The webpage link and content are lost. Additionally, some pages exhibit an issue where clicking once opens two tabs at the same time. I am sure I did not double-click, and even after replacing my mouse, the issue persists.
This issue began last year. The reason I am bringing it up now is that it was less frequent for a short period, but after the recent automatic update, it occurs almost 100% of the time. That’s why I’m addressing it now.
I couldn’t find any community feedback channels last year, so I stopped investigating this issue further. However, this does not mean the issue was rare back then—it occurred about 90% of the time. After this recent update, the frequency has increased to nearly 100%. Honestly, I’m not sure if this issue is unique to me, but it’s incredibly frustrating and significantly disrupts my search experience and general usage.
Currently, to avoid this issue, I have to first open a blank page and then drag the link of the desired tab to that blank page, which allows me to open the page properly. The same applies to external links; they often fail to open as well.
I have checked the DNS settings. Initially, I was using the ISP’s DNS, which caused the issue. I switched to various other DNS providers, but the problem persisted, so I ruled out DNS as the cause.
Regarding proxy settings, I am not using any proxies, yet the problem still occurs.
I have reset Firefox, but the issue remains unresolved.
Request: Please help me troubleshoot this issue, improve Firefox's community feedback strategy, and enhance the browser’s user experience.
