FF 147.02 has hung during restart. What to do?

It has been "restarting" for 20+ minutes. What, if anything, will I lose? Is there a way to minimize losses? Windows 10 Task Manager shows it using 1-19% of CPU, 0-2% of disk , and 5.4GB memory.
