email forwarding

I have two domains ("ExampleA.com" and "ExampleB.com") with separate email addresses. I want to delete "ExampleB.com".

If I do so, can Thunderbird still auto-route emails sent to [email protected] to [email protected]?

Or must continue to have both domains active?
