I have 2 screenshots but seems I'm limited to only 1.
I did a DNS over HTTPS for leaking servers on a Mullvad Website.
This screenshot is taken with DNS over HTTPS set to "Max Protection"

According to their help page, the test considers it a "leak" if your DNS queries come from anything other than Mullvad ("If you have a DNS leak it means that you are using a DNS server that does not belong to Mullvad").
If you have DoH set to Max, Firefox will always use the DoH provider set in the browser. That means the test will report a leak because your queries will be coming from Cloudflare or whatever you have set. For the test to pass, you'd need to set DoH to "Default Protection," which is should prefer an active-VPN's DNS over the DoH provider set in the browser.
