I use containers a lot, and I do rely on the colors being visible and clearly distinguishable so I can tell at a glance what container is what. The 157 update basically took that functionality away from containers, to say nothing about how generally bad the new UI is in general(I don't have the words to describe how awkward and distracting the new search/history look is, but it's frankly horrific). There's also the fact that I had to go digging in the settings to find an option to hopefully make Firefox usable again for a friend with poor vision.
This update has been awkward and clunky to say the least, but changing the colors on containers and making everything so much smaller is just poor design. Hopefully this can be fixed, and hopefully not by add ons doing what should have been done by the team.

Yes please, change it back!!! The colours need to be distinguishable to be useful, this makes the feature a pain to use!

PS: For now it is possible to disable browser.nova.enabled in about:config to go back to the old better design.
