Like i said in the title that Firefox need the have better tearing like Chrome. The old design is just really outdated
As the video below that is a great example how chrome tearing is just better as you mouse don't leave the tap.

Like many other post said these feature has still not been implemented for year and should be update ASAP. BY having this will attract from people using Firefox from chrome side.
Like firefox could always leave a option to go back to the old way of course options are good.
