Can Your Phone Screen Affect Eye Strain and Sleep?

Making moves

I have been using Firefox on my current phone for a while now and honestly the browsing experience has started feeling uncomfortable during longer sessions. Text rendering, screen brightness handling, and how the browser interacts with display settings all seem to vary quite a bit depending on the device you are using.

I recently started researching an upgrade and my main concern was finding the cheapest iPhone in Dubai that still offers a display quality worth switching to. Refurbished iPhones kept coming up as a practical middle ground and Sermobile was one source I came across that apparently grades devices based on screen condition and battery health before selling them.

What I found interesting is that Firefox on iOS handles certain privacy and display settings differently than on Android, so the device itself plays a role in the overall browsing experience beyond just the browser settings.

For those using Firefox mobile on an iPhone did you notice a difference in browsing comfort or battery drain compared to your previous device? And did going for a more affordable refurbished option affect the experience in any noticeable way?
