Symptom: Since the 156.0 update, any video player used through the browser places the windows taskbar on top, often obscuring the transport controls.
Reproduce: Play any browser video.
Comments: I would guess this bug was introduced with one of the headline fixes for the version: `Fixed an issue on Windows where Firefox could block an auto-hiding taskbar from showing.`
