At download the option "Always ask you where to save files" is not working

My voice to the error in Firefox. When downloading a file, the option "Always ask you where to save files" might as well be removed because it does not stop the download going automatically to the Downloads folder.

Please repair this error to allow the users to select their preferred folders for a particular download.

That setting is used when the action defined for the content type in the Applications list is "Save file" or if the action is "Always ask" and you choose "Save file" in the dialog. Here's where to check on that:
