Add an option to move the search bar back to the top

A recent update to the mobile app made the toolbar appear at the top, I quickly found the setting to change this to the bottom, but this affects both the search and tool bar. Ideally, I’d like to be able to configure it back to the old way, where the search bar is on top, and the toolbar is on the bottom.
