Firefox (147.0) title bar not initially visible when running maximized from taskbar shortcut in Windows 10

Making moves

Pretty much as the Subject line says. Here's a little more detail, though:
1. This sounds to me like the same bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2004018) supposedly fixed in version 147.0; in my experience, it wasn't.
2. Yes, the F11-toggle trick still restores the title bar -- but what a nuisance!
3. This refers to running Firefox in the maximized state, as opposed to fullscreen (F11): the properties of my Windows taskbar shortcut include "Run: Maximized".
4. My specific environment: Windows 10 Home ver. 10.0.19045, with the taskbar locked at the bottom.
5. Yes, in Firefox under "Customize Toolbar..." I have checked the "Title Bar" checkbox. (Imho, a visible title bar should be the default, but maybe that's just me.)

Firefox 147.0.1, maybe...?
