Issue:
Im new to firefox and want to switch but this is keeping me from switching right now. When I'm watching a YouTube video in fullscreen (youtube video fullscreen not f11 fullscreen) on Firefox and try to exit fullscreen by clicking the fullscreen icon in the bottom-right corner, it doesn't work as expected.
What Happens:
Instead of exiting fullscreen, it clicks on the scrollbar on the right side of the browser window, causing the page to scroll down instead of exiting fullscreen.
Edit: I found the solution by putting this
youtube.com##body:fullscreen, ytd-app[scrolling]:style(scrollbar-width: none !important; scrollbar-color: transparent transparent !important;)
When it happens:
I'm in fullscreen mode.
I move my mouse to the bottom-right corner of the screen.
I try to click the fullscreen toggle button.
Instead, the click registers on the scrollbar behind the video player.
This might just be my but when I don't want to exit the video with my keyboard I use my mouse and quickly go to the bottom right part of my monitor and click.
Preferred solution:
I would like to make it where the side scrollbar disappears when I'm on a youtube video full screened and have a appear whenever I exit the video fullscreen.
Edit Solution: Putting this into ublock origin ( youtube.com##body:fullscreen, ytd-app[scrolling]:style(scrollbar-width: none !important; scrollbar-color: transparent transparent !important;) )
