Erro 2069 Open in Update Google Chrome

I use Zen Browser, and that has been the only mistake I’ve encountered so far. Videos on other platforms work normally, but in this one does not.The video is from a teaching platform (Unhide) and for some reason this error appears.

Yeap, in Firefox is working fine, just in Zen Browser it's not. Thanks for tips
