I think it's a hardware acceleration problem.uncheck: Settings > General > Performance anduncheck: Settings > General > Performance > Use hardware acceleration when availableThat solved it for me.
Same for me. 136 is VERY slow even with all extensions turned off. Can take several seconds to scroll. However, restarting Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode solves the problem. What does troubleshoot mode do other than turning off all extensions?
