FWIW, I deleted my Stripe passkey (desktop browser) and re-added it and it works fine. The issue seems to have been related to migrating from Edge. Not sure why the Stripe passkey had an issue while others worked fine. But all is well now.

QR is not involved. It is for desktop browser on macOS. Passkey works fine for Google and other sites without extensions. Passkey not working on Stripe and possibly other sites. Both worked fine in Edge.
