I don't keep any tabs open, nor do I have any add-ons. The warning popped up again just now. I followed the link from the notification email regarding this thread, Firefox opened to this page and seconds later I get the Defender warning.
I updated my post to include the fact that since updating to 134.0.1, I've not had any Defender pop up messages. But it seems I2eused has the same issue in spite of having the latest update. Curiouser and curiouser. 樂
