Yes, that solves it for now, thank you. However, my point is that either it gets meddled with and not disclosed in the release notes, or it is not noticed that some other change or older config being used as the base borks the newtabpage code

Re: The Firefox Logo on New Tabs is back (Dammit) on release 136.0, and it makes my shortcut icons smaller. On the previous release, I could remove it by going to settings... and Unchecking the box allowing Studies. That doesn't work now.
