This is such a huge security flaw that I'm able to restrict extensions that I clearly only need on one or a few websites.

This is so obvious. It would also reduce fingerprinting since sites that use it would generally only see a very common list of must-haves.

This is a frequent frustration. Glad devs are paying attention - thank you!
