Selecting "bookmarks" should actually bring up the bookmarks not some weird truncated subset of them

When I select "Bookmarks" I want to see my bookmarks. Not "recent" bookmarks. Not some other pre-filtered subset. The view I want (and what is implied by the menu) is provided a second, undesirable step later in "manage bookmarks."
