Firefox use alot or resources in MXLinux debian 12

I use Firefox on MxLinux23. Lately, I've noticed that Firefox consumes a lot of RAM and CPU even when I only have 4 to 5 tabs open. That was showing in terminal using htop. Is it normal or there is something else I should look for
