Lots of people want this Firefox change.    Is there any indication of when, or if, it will be worked on?

Please allow us to change font sizes on upper rows of Firefox (menu bar, etc).  As the population ages (including me), our eyesight degrades and we need customization options.  Otherwise we'll go to Chrome.
