Everything looks fine on my mac with 119.0.1! I hope it will stay like this.

Still not fixed with 118.0.2...

Still on 116 yes, everything is normal. 118 works for a few days, then again super slow, impossible to open yt videos, etc.

118 does not fix these issues. If you are using a Firefox account, completely deleting Firefox then installing the 116.0.3 (https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/116.0.3/mac/) and connecting to your FF account is a quick and dirty workaround.
