As a user, I concur. The effort feels rather unpolished/unfinished, at least from a Linux perspective. It feels like the ball has been dropped 85-90% of they way there and it doesn't feel like any progress is being made to actually make this usable...
Any update on this? Says "Status: In development," but the OP is from three years ago. I'm a fan of some of the powerful features Firefox affords, but getting good battery life on my laptop is definitely not one of them.
