Firefox Mobile: Ability to manually update extensions

Unlike the desktop Firefox, Android Firefox has no way to update extensions. I see that a newer version has been published but there is no way to trigger Firefox to download it. I have to wait until Firefox somehow decides to update my addons.

I'm a doomscroller. Is there a way to know how many sites I visited to day?I'd like it to count each individual visit. So visiting youtube.com 20 times would count as 20 instead of 1.
