I use BlueMails instead of TB on mobile exactly for this reason.7 accounts can be checked in a few seconds( I just need to see if an urgent mail arrives - the PC will do all the mail's job )
The Thunderbird option "Autostart" with Windows>>should have "Start Minimized" with a check option !!!I can autostart it as I've already done from the beginning with TaskSched but....... never been able to make it start minimized!
