Neither "Local folders" nor "Tags" options are included in the meatball menu

On MacOS, TB114b1, neither "Local folders" nor "Tags" options are included in the meatball menu.I'm pretty sure it was the same on TB113.No "Local folders" nor "Tags" sections are displayed in the folder pane.Is it missing on MacOS or is it a bug ?
