From the bug report , which also has a screen shot mock up "This would make it easier to identify the folders of diffrent mail accounts. This would also make sense for the top account nodes."
There is no sorting, nor filtering of the list.But perhaps make a new filter (bucket) after N rules, and using a naming convention makes it easy to pick the right bucket bucket.
