I thought the arguement in favour of the icon was security related to the... web extensions feature?And the changes to the extension system were definitely security related.I don't think what you're proposing makes any sense, security updates go hand...
I updated to 111, raged, downgraded to 110.1, and then locked out future updates with policies.json. Bye bye pointless button, bye bye firefox updates.
