I agree that we have to delete much more than anything else in our inboxes. I think that button is a must to make the application feel efficient to use.Also would be nice to get some update from the devs about this very demanded idea
While it is great to see the delete button part of the context menu, I still think too that it is needed next to the star. This is probably the most used action on an email now a days, much more than the star.
