Settings Page do not close popup boxes if not closed by button or X

when in settings if you click page toggling between applications it closes the settings popup boxes which looses all changes up to then, please do not close popup unless page is closed or popup is closed by x, cancel, or change buttons

account toolbar menu cannot change order of connected devices for synced tabs, please allow devices to be ordered by name or manual reorder in sidebar
