Return to earlier style of scroll bars. New scroll bars are too narrow and difficult to lock onto

Please return to the wider scroll bars in earlier versions. Th new scroll bars are way too narrow and exceedingly difficult to latch onto to control scrolling up and down. I am returning to an older version for this reason only
