VPN set to Japan but the IP address is from Singapore

So i just got the new VPN feature in Firefox, when i used it to connect to Japan, the VPN said it connected to Japan, but instead, it connected me to Singapore.Is it just a server issue or a client issue? I don't know.Hope Mozilla fixes this bug!
