Well, let the numbers talk for them self. If the UI is so unappealing it will scare away new users (and not just upset a bunch of old users who doesn't like change) it will be apparent to a degree that it's a business decision to change it again/chan...
100% do not agree. I believe the look is great and feels modern. You don't want a browser stuck in 2002, right? And the browser works fine over here, updating the UI doesn't conflict with the browser being fast and easy to use.
