TB Should be auto-marking JUNK as "READ" so I don't constantly see the new mail indicator

The title says it all.  TB should not show " NEW MAIL " in the JUNK folder. It should just go to JUNK and not show a new unread message indicator in the email account. If I want to check the JUNK I will look at it. It's JUNK mail!
