It's frankly bizarre to me that this wasn't always how this worked. Syncing settings should sync all settings. I transitioned to Firefox for Android on my last phone. I assumed all settings including custom search would transfer over to my new phone....
What is the point of syncing all tabs if you can't open all tabs in a different session, on desktop or mobile? It's crazy that this never existed on mobile. It's even crazier that it existed and got removed on desktop.
