I accidentally created a new profile, which I have immediately deleted as I don't need this feature. But now I also have the shopping cart icon, which isn't helpful (but rather confusing and distracting) to me.

I accidentally created a profile, something I don't care to use at all. Now I also have the shopping cart badge which isn't helping me.
