I notice that despite having more kudos than some of the ideas you pointed out that bringing back the old ui isn't listed.

Gonna throw my voice into the pile. Revert the UI change. Nobody asked for it, nobody outside your office wanted it, and we have to deal with it. Until then I'm going to look for a suitable alternative browser while staying on version 148.
