Vertical pinned tabs have "Close tab" button

If vertical pinned tabs have "Expand sidebar on hover" on, they have a "Close tab" button, so they are not pinned at all. This doesn't happen with any other pinned tab.

This only happens if "Enable sidebar on hover" is selected in 140.0.1 Linux build. Disabling the option shows the pinned tabs side-by-side.
