When you hide a folder, if the active tab is inside its annoying

When you have a tab open that is inside a folder and you hide that folder content, like closing that folder, the tab still shows. 

In order to hide it, you need to go to another tab, then open and close that folder.

Its a bit weird.. Not sure what the solution would be but maybe go to the first tab in the non folder tabs? or open a blank one with that new tab bar on it
