When you close Firefox when you have a private Firefox window open, you lose all your open tabs in Firefox when you reopen Firefox. Is there any way to prevent this?!? You could ignore clearing the tabs if there is a private Firefox window open. Or you could double-check and ask 'Are you sure?' when you attempt to close Firefox when you have a private Firefox window open.
