Use native macOS Picture‑in‑Picture API so PiP works when other apps are in fullscreen

User story
As a macOS user, I want Firefox  ’s Picture‑in‑Picture (PiP) window to behave like a native floating window so that it remains visible and usable even when another app (e.g. Xcode, VS Code, Terminal) is in fullscreen / a separate Space

Current behavior

• Firefox’s PiP window stays on top of other normal windows.

• When another app enters fullscreen (or when switching to a fullscreen Space), the PiP window disappears / is no longer visible.

• This makes PiP much less useful in typical developer / power‑user workflows where the browser is not the main fullscreen app.

Expected behavior

The PiP window should:

• Remain visible when other apps are in fullscreen.

• Move with the user between Spaces, including fullscreen Spaces.

• Behave like Safari/Apple TV App PiP windows on macOS in this respect.
