Use Monet Theme Android 13

Hello,

I was wondering if there's anyway to allow the Firefox app to use the inbuilt 'monet' theme implemented in Android 12 and Android 13. I noticed that there was a request to use the themed icons so the only thing that would be missing would be that.

for android monet theme, all extension support and fast browsing/ response time and good password manager with biometrics encryption.......these features make firefox badass.

and for PC good ram management, good encrypted password manager and extension manager to google on and off all extension from one place like extensity extension of chromium will make this browser op.
I requested to devs to brings these features as soon as possible and don't kill adblockers
