turn off scroll zooming by default

When scrolling any webpage, any embedded maps in the way of the pointer will abruptly stop the page scrolling and start zooming within said map. Turning off scroll to zoom will permit the page scrolling to continue uninterrupted.

Hi, what OS are you on?

Normally on Windows, the mouse scroll wheel only triggers zooming if you hold down the Ctrl key while scrolling.

There are some hidden settings to manage wheel scrolling if needed.
