Thunderbird silent start to tray

How can I make Thunderbird start automatically with Windows and go directly to the system tray, without its main window appearing first? I want it to launch silently in the background on startup.

1. Enable TB menu > Settings > General > System Integration > When Thunderbird is minimized, move it to the tray

2. Get Minimize on startup

3. Put a copy of the icon you start TB with into this folder:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
