Thunderbird calendar: autodiscover shared network calendar

If you are using a network CalDAV calendar, you may have shared with you other calendars.

I can see the first one, mine, (by setting all the configuration parameters), but it may be cool to allow to find the shared with me calendars available on the server, then add them easily (without re-creating all the needed parameters).
