Thunderbird Android: Open the account menu via hotkey, and by swiping from the right edge of screen instead of left for single thumb navigation

On Thunderbird Android, right now, it's annoying coming from a PKB Blackberry Hub experience because we'd like to assign hotkey shortcuts to launch account menu, bu can't. It would help for PKB users to have a hotkey.

Additionally, it would help to have a single thumb navigation, by flipping the account menu to be accessed by swiping from the right edge of the screen instead of left.
