Threads with reactions

Hello, whenever a thread with different people is going on, sometimes there's just a need for a "OK" from them, and instead of writing OK and "kinda disturb" everyone and pollute the thread, I think it would be useful to have a reaction area, where people simply confirm the reading with a reaction like ✅ or 👍🏻. Only whoever needs to add stuff will reply.

In this case the thread should have a better view, like a sort of forum. 

Also the idea of email with only reactions as answers would be such a time and space saver!
